Description

This sole source notice is for procuring leadership development, meeting logistics and facilitation, and mentorship services for youth and young adults with lived experience in systems change work through the System of Care Advisory Council (SOCAC). The contractor will provide direct youth development support for young people with lived experience in child-serving systems, including publicly funded behavioral health services, intellectual or developmental disability supports, child welfare, juvenile justice, or public school systems. The contractor is uniquely qualified due to their lived experience, trauma-informed skills, and established trust relationships with youth leaders. The contract is expected to be for an initial two-year term with options for extensions up to 10 years, with an estimated total value of approximately $1,109,000.
