Description

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is seeking professional services from a qualified multi-disciplinary consulting team to prepare a Community Structure Plan (CSP) and supporting technical background studies for the Town’s New Urban Areas. The CSP will provide a comprehensive framework for land use planning, design, infrastructure, and the natural environment to guide future Secondary Plans. The New Urban Areas cover approximately 270 hectares and aim to accommodate future employment and population growth to 2051, focusing on sustainability, liveability, and community design. The project will be coordinated with regional authorities and stakeholders and will support a Town-initiated Official Plan Amendment.
