Tarrant County is seeking an annual contract for the supply of oil and lubricants for its vehicles and equipment. - Government Buyer: - Tarrant County Purchasing Department - Products Requested: - Wide range of oils and lubricants, including motor oils (full synthetic and synthetic blends), hydraulic oils, transmission fluids, gear oils, anti-freeze (red and orange, extended life), diesel exhaust fluid, grease, mineral spirits, heat transfer fluids, and concentrated windshield wash - Specific grades and blends: 5W-30, 5W-20, 0W-20, 10W-30, 15W-40, 46 AW, 68 AW, 80W-140, 80W-90, ISO 220 EP, Allison Transmission Fluid (Grades 295 and 668), full synthetic automatic transmission fluid, tractor hydraulic fluid - Container sizes include drums, bulk, totes, kegs, pails, bottles, and gallons - Estimated annual usage: approximately 7,505 gallons across all products - Emergency delivery service required within 48 hours - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands required; all products must meet API, ILSAC, or equivalent standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No reconditioned products; all containers must be new and non-returnable - Vendors must provide specification sheets for each product - All fees (including delivery and surcharges) must be included in unit pricing - Delivery required within five business days for standard orders - Contract may be awarded to primary, secondary, and alternate vendors based on lowest responsive bids - Cooperative purchasing provision for other governmental entities - Estimated Contract Value: - Based on volume and typical market pricing, estimated range is $100,000 to $250,000 annually - Period of Performance: - Initial 12-month contract term, with two optional 12-month renewals - Pricing must remain firm for the contract term, with provisions for price adjustments during renewal periods
