Description

This Invitation to Tender (ITB) is for the upgrade of the existing Make-Up Air Unit-1 Air handling unit serving operating rooms by supplying and installing a mechanical humidification system compliant with CSA Z317.2 and applicable codes. The work includes installation of a packaged humidifier, modifications to ductwork, piping, heat tracing, structural supports, electrical power, integration with existing controls, removal of redundant equipment, and all associated tie-ins. The contractor is responsible for testing, balancing, startup, commissioning, and documentation while maintaining existing HVAC operations except during planned shutdowns.
