The City of Victoria is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide labour and equipment for the removal and disposal of approximately 15 cubic meters (25 tonnes) of sediments from the Waste Decant Station located at the City’s Public Works Yard, 417 Garbally Rd. The solicitation is open and proposals must be submitted electronically by 4:00 p.m. Victoria time on October 8, 2026. The City of Victoria will not necessarily accept the lowest or any proposal.
