Description

The City of Riverside is seeking to pre-qualify entities or individuals to create four panels of qualified companies to provide on-call professional services in the areas of professional construction contract management, geotechnical engineering, construction and materials testing, architectural engineering/building engineering, and cost estimation. Selected companies will assist City staff with planning, engineering, design, and construction phases of Capital Improvement Projects and facility maintenance projects. The City anticipates selecting up to five companies per service area. Proposals must describe qualifications and demonstrate ability to perform the tasks identified in the Request for Qualifications.
