Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to repair the 75 hp three phase premium high thrust vertical shaft electric motor at the pump house located at Lake Christina. The work includes removing the motor, disassembling it, replacing old copper windings, inspecting and replacing bearings, reassembling and reinstalling the motor, and performing a test run. Additionally, the water level transducer in the wet well will be replaced with a Keller Level Rat 1-10 psi, 4-20m submersible level transducer or equivalent, connected to the pump control panel, and tested. A site visit is highly recommended to understand the full scope and conditions of the work.
