Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, herbicide, and incidentals necessary to cut, stump treat with herbicide, pile and burn or remove from site all designated woody material within a 124-acre area on the Arlington Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in Sibley County. The scope also includes follow-up foliar herbicide treatment for resprouts and new growth of buckthorn and honeysuckle in a 10-acre sub-section of the original treatment area. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal and must include lump sum prices for each job. The contract term is anticipated from September 1, 2026 to June 19, 2027, with an estimated contract value of $75,000.
