Description

The Minnesota State Patrol is seeking to make a one-time purchase of one untrained "green" detection canine along with canine equipment. The canine should be dual purpose, European imported Belgian Malinois or an approved equal, with the State reserving the right to determine approved equals. The canine must be available for testing during the week of October 5 - 9, 2026. The procurement includes specifications, duties, and scope of work detailed in Exhibit C to the Sample Contract.
