Description

The Town of Innisfail is seeking proposals for safety code services related to plumbing, gas, electrical, and private sewage disciplines. The selected agency will provide services including safety code permits, system reviews, fee collection, permit issuance, inspections, compliance monitoring, and permit administration under the Safety Codes Act and the Town's Quality Management System. The contract duration is estimated to be 59 months starting from January 1, 2027. This procurement is to replace the current Safety Codes Service Agreement expiring on December 31, 2026.
