BC Housing Management Commission is seeking proposals for pest management and other treatment services in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley Region of British Columbia. - Service Areas: - Directly Managed (DM) buildings - Group Homes (GH) and səmiq̓ʷəʔelə (formerly Riverview Lands) buildings - Suppliers may bid on one or both service areas - Suppliers must be able to service all buildings and communities within their chosen area - Expected response times must be met for all service requests - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract(s) will be awarded per service area - Full requirements and scope are detailed in the NRFP documents

Description

This NRFP invites suppliers to submit proposals for Pest Management Services (SGAR – Regulated) and other treatment services for various locations in BC Housing's Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley Region. The locations are divided into two service areas: Directly Managed buildings and Group Homes and səmiq̓ʷəʔelə buildings. Proponents may bid on one or both service areas and must be able to service all buildings within the chosen areas, meeting expected response times. The contract will be awarded per service area.
