Description

This is a sole source notice and no quotes or offers are being requested. This is for a continuation of a dockside maintenance period for Coast Guard fast response cutters. All work has been contracted and are in process via U. S. Coast Guard Surface Fleet Logistics Center personnel and equipment, materials, and supplies. The Toll Remote Logistics (TRL) pier in Singapore remains the sole source site as all other pier locations were found to be unsuitable following U. S. Navy threat assessments, and all resources for the needed maintenance are already in place and available under existing contracts, and to relocate or compete for the pier location and services will be a logistical and financial burden to the Government. J&A (redacted) is attached.
