The United States International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930. These reviews aim to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey, as well as the countervailing duty order on welded line pipe from Turkey, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
