Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that Forza Steel S.A. de C.V. and Productos Laminados de Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. made sales of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico at less than normal value during the period of review from September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. The review covers two mandatory respondents and several non-examined companies. Commerce has calculated weighted-average dumping margins and established cash deposit requirements for these companies. The final results include assessment rates and instructions for U.S. Customs and Border Protection regarding antidumping duties.
