Description

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) proposes modifying the existing system of records identified as Loan System, SBA 21. The modification allows information in the system to be disclosed to the Department of the Treasury for identifying, preventing, or recouping improper payments through Treasury's Do Not Pay Working System. Additional changes comply with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-108 and include technical updates.
