Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a notice regarding the termination of an investigation involving certain video-capable laptop, desktop computers, handheld computers, tablets, televisions, projectors, and their components and modules. The investigation was based on allegations of patent infringement by several respondents including Hisense, Acer, and ASUS. The investigation was terminated in its entirety following a joint motion to terminate based on arbitration agreements.
