Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that the producer/exporter ULMA Forja, S.Coop made sales of finished carbon steel flanges from Spain at less than normal value during the period of review from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review covers antidumping duties and includes assessment rates and cash deposit requirements.
