Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites the public and various agencies to comment on recovery permit applications for activities aimed at enhancing the propagation and survival of endangered species under section 10(a)(1)(A) of the Endangered Species Act. The Act generally prohibits activities affecting listed species unless authorized by a federal permit. Before issuing such permits, the Service must consider public comments received during the comment period. Comments will be accepted until October 5, 2026.
