Description
Pinellas County Construction & Property Management (CPM) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide as-needed HVAC repair, replacement, installation, diagnostic, controls, and technical support services at County-owned or County-operated facilities. The County intends to establish agreements with multiple vendors to cover a range of HVAC specialties and ensure service coverage across its diverse facilities. Vendors must hold all required licenses by the State of Florida and other authorities.
