The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for a 2025 or newer 4WD mid-size SUV equipped with a Police Package or Special Services Package (PPV or SSV) for Cherokee Nation Justice Services. Bidders must provide products equal to or better than the specified requirements. The bid must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. on September 9, 2026, and Indian Preference applies, requiring TERO certification for preference.
