This RFP requests proposals to provide Consulting General Contractor (CGC) services for the Siskiyou Integrated Wellness Center project in Yreka, California. The CGC will review architectural documents, provide cost estimates, assist in establishing standards for selecting a general contractor, and manage construction on behalf of the Siskiyou County Health and Human Services Agency.
