Description

This is a Request for Proposal issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will provide permanent modular buildings through adoption or piggyback to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit members nationwide. Proposers may bid coefficients to be applied to either the RS Means Pricebook or the BNi® Costbook for pricing.
