Description

This RFP aims to establish multiple retainer agreements for various on-call repair and maintenance services to be used on an as-needed basis across various Lane County locations. It is the second round of the initial On-call Repair and Maintenance Services Retainer Contract RFP issued in November 2025. Services include audio/video tech repair, data center maintenance, pest control, fencing repair, fire and life safety systems maintenance, generator repair, HVAC services, plumbing, scaffolding, septic system services, tree trimming, trail repair, vegetation management, welding, and more. Multiple awards are intended, and contractors awarded in the previous RFP do not need to submit another proposal.
