Description

The Cowlitz County Department of Public Works is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide environmental services including environmental analysis and permitting, critical area surveys and studies, wetland/stream identification and mitigation, biological assessments, and other related services for County projects. The contract term is two years with a possible one-year extension, and the County anticipates contracting with one to three firms on an as-needed basis. Consultants will prepare permit applications, technical studies, and environmental documentation, working collaboratively with County staff and other consultants. The selection process includes evaluation of qualifications and may include interviews, with a tentative contract award in November 2026 and a start date in January 2027.
