Description

The City of Amesbury Department of Public Works is seeking sealed bids for the construction of complete streets improvements along Market Street (Route 150) and South Hampton Road. The project includes realignment of South Hampton Road, construction of approximately 300 feet of sidewalk, pedestrian curb ramps, vertical granite curbing, full depth pavement, MUTCD compliant pavement markings and signage, and other incidental work. Construction is expected to start in spring 2027 and be completed by summer 2027. Bids must be received by September 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM in sealed envelopes at the Amesbury Department of Public Works.
