Description

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks advice and analysis from knowledgeable vendors to assist the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in crafting a potential future solicitation for a MyMassGov Identity Provider (IDP) solution. The RFI aims to gather information on identity platforms that support secure authentication, authorization, federation, user lifecycle management, self-service account management, accessibility, privacy, scalability, and enterprise administration. The current IDP is a CIAM product that needs replacement to enable a future vision for constituent access and interaction with state organizations. The platform currently supports over 4 million registered accounts and approximately 1.2 million monthly active users accessing over 120 Commonwealth applications and services. Responses will inform future planning and procurement strategy but do not obligate the Commonwealth to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
