The Trial Court seeks an active ITS81 Category 1 vendor to assess its current data governance environment and develop a Data Governance Strategy and Implementation Plan. The scope includes a current-state assessment, best-practices review, gap analysis, options and recommendations, and an actionable implementation plan. Implementation services are not included in this procurement. The engagement aims to improve the quality, completeness, consistency, accessibility, and ongoing management of Judiciary data and establish a sustainable framework for data accountability, transparency, stewardship, standardization, and compliance.
