The Port of Houston Authority is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the annual pavement replacement project at Barbours Cut and Bayport Container Terminals. The project involves replacing damaged and deteriorated asphalt and concrete pavement at these terminals. The contract includes mobilization, stormwater controls, removal and disposal of existing pavement, earthwork, concrete and asphalt paving, and other related work.
