Description

The Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) is seeking to contract with an individual, consulting firm, or organization to develop and record an online Inspector Level II course and update the Inspector Level I course. The program requires individuals with the ability to educate adult learners and extensive experience in year-round highway maintenance work, practices, methods, and specifications. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the department about this RFP while in process. The submission deadline is a hard close, and responses with errors or late submissions will be rejected.
