PWA Foodborne Toxin Detection and Prevention requires BD Biosciences to provide a service maintenance contract on the BD FACS Aria sorter cylometer. The service maintenance contract is to make sure that the equipment is in working order to keep the warranty intact. (Please see the Attached J&A)
