Description
This Request for Proposals aims to establish one or more contracts with suppliers capable of providing audio visual (A/V) equipment, design, installation, rentals, event services, and maintenance of A/V systems. The services will support University classrooms, lecture halls, historic performance venues, indoor and outdoor events, stadiums, and other spaces as needed. The solicitation is open to firms meeting minimum qualifications and available for work in Washington State. An optional pre-bid Zoom meeting is scheduled for September 18, 2026, and the bid submission deadline is October 22, 2026.
