Description

Tucson Water is seeking qualified vendors to provide replacement parts, rebuilding services, and new replacement gearheads for water production wells and booster station pumping equipment. The contract includes furnishing OEM, aftermarket, and remanufactured parts, disassembling, inspecting, evaluating, and rebuilding gearheads, replacing worn or damaged components, machining and fabricating parts, cleaning, reassembling, testing, and certifying units, and providing new gearheads when units are beyond repair. The contractor must also offer repair evaluations, cost estimates, and support long-term reliability and asset management. The contract is for one year with four optional renewal years and emphasizes timely delivery, quality rebuilds, and long-term support for Tucson Water’s gearhead equipment.
