This Request for Application (RFA) solicits applications from qualified organizations to provide targeted outreach and linkage services for pregnant women living with HIV, at heightened risk of HIV acquisition, or facing barriers to adequate prenatal care. The program aims to identify and engage these women early, connect them to appropriate prenatal and HIV-related services, and support their continued engagement throughout pregnancy and postpartum. The goal is to improve maternal health outcomes, reduce perinatal HIV transmission, and advance public health efforts in HIV prevention and care. Approximately $1,000,000 in funding is available annually for perinatal HIV prevention programs.
