Description

This solicitation is for the construction of a new 2,526 sq. ft. electrical building with an 800 kw generator and fuel system including a 5,000 gallon above ground fuel storage tank. The building will include restrooms and storage for Jupiter Community Park. The project scope also includes site work, water and sewer utilities, paving, lighting, irrigation, landscaping, security fencing, and electrical, instrumentation, control, and telemetry systems to distribute power and communication to Floridan and surficial aquifer wellsites. Additionally, the construction involves wellsite mechanical, pumping, electrical, instrumentation, control, telemetry, irrigation, landscaping, and fencing improvements for two Floridan aquifer wells and two surficial aquifer wells.
