Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits offers from vendors to administer the Workforce Diploma Program as enacted in Section 6.8 of Session Law 2026-41 (Senate Bill 257). The program aims to provide a virtual, statewide, outcomes-based adult high school diploma program in partnership with North Carolina community colleges. The selected vendor must have the capacity, technology infrastructure, instructional expertise, and student support resources to increase diploma attainment, improve workforce readiness, and support positive employment outcomes. The program includes comprehensive student support services such as academic assessments, transcript evaluations, individualized learning plans, mentoring, career advising, online tutoring, remediation, employability skills development, workforce credential preparation, and employment readiness services.
