The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) is seeking janitorial services including washing and cleaning interior/exterior windows, removing hard water spots from windows and mirrors, shampooing carpets, stripping, waxing, and buffing VCT/vinyl floors, and supplying and replacing cleaning materials such as hand soap, paper towels, sanitary napkins, sanitary disposal container liners, toilet seat covers, and toilet paper. The services are to be provided at the Cal OES building. This solicitation is open to Small Business (SB) vendors only. The contract term is from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029.
