Federal Correctional Complex at Terre Haute, Indiana: FCI BUS DUCT ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION

The Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute, Indiana, herein issues solicitation 15B41826Q00000001 for the requirements of: FCI BUS DUCT ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION. Specifically, FCC Terre Haute is looking to acquire 22 SQUARE D AP506G10 BUSWAY PLUG-IN, STRAIGHT, LENGHT 10FT, 600A lines.

Deliveries will be made to the FCI Terre Haute, 4200 Bureau Road North, Terre Haute, Indiana. This solicitation is restricted for 100% Small Business set-aside utilizing the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 423610 (Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers) with a corresponding small business size standard of 200 employees.

The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government will award the responsible offeror whose bid conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The Government will award the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, technical specifications and lead time. Quality comparison with other offers, administrative/shipping cost and past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important factors.  Please input pricing that includes freight cost to our facility in your quotes.  The government reserves the right to make a single award. This requirement is for commercial products and / or services.

Interested parties can submit their quote on the attached form 15B41826Q00000001 of this notice. The quote will be evaluated per FAR 13.106-2 and the government may then issue a purchase order (contract) that must be signed by both parties to complete contractual agreement.  The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102 requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Quotes received after the deadline of Friday, September 11, 2026, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST will be handled in accordance with FAR Part 52.212-1 (f) and will not be considered. Mailed quotes will not be accepted. Quotes must include the Unique Entity ID (UEI) number along with an estimated time of delivery. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less.
