The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking two purpose-built Mobile Hiring Vehicles to support nationwide recruitment and hiring activities. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Department of Justice - National Acquisitions Section, Central Office Business Office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated, but technical specifications reference: - Freightliner M2 106 chassis - Cummins B6.7 diesel engine - Allison 2500 EVS transmission - Cisco network switch - Starlink and Cradlepoint connectivity - Multiple 4K displays - Products/Services Requested: - Two complete, purpose-built Mobile Hiring Vehicles - Each vehicle must be a fully operational mobile office platform - Minimum eight workstations, meeting area, electronics rack, galley, lavatory, secure storage - Integrated power, HVAC, electrical, network, audiovisual, and safety systems - Includes all accessories, manuals, warranty, training, and ownership/registration documents - Instructor-led orientation training (up to eight hours) for BOP personnel - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be delivered as fully operational, ready for inspection, acceptance, registration, and deployment - Vehicles must meet detailed technical specifications (chassis, engine, transmission, network, AV, safety) - Training must cover all operational and maintenance aspects - Solicitation is set aside for economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses (EDWOSB) - Evaluation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - All deliverables include comprehensive documentation, warranty, and support

Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) requires two (2) purpose-built Mobile Hiring Vehicles to supportnationwide recruitment, applicant processing, interviews, hiring events, and related authorized personnel activities.The contractor shall design, engineer, fabricate, integrate, finish, test, document, train, and deliver two complete and independently deployable vehicles. Each vehicle shall be delivered as a complete operational mobile office platform, ready for Government inspection, acceptance, registration, and deployment.
