CBIRF Training Support Services Industry Day and RFI

The U.S. Marine Corps Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF) is seeking industry input and potential contractors for a broad range of specialized Training Support Services (TSS): - Training includes instructor-led courses, exercise development, and advanced CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive) training - Core offering: 14-day CBIRF Basic Operations Course (CBOC) for ~30 students per session, with 9 sessions planned - Annual refresher courses (12 sessions), advanced EOD, medical, FEMA ICS 300/400, and multiple rescue certifications (rope, confined space, vehicle, trench, structural collapse) - Specialized EOD and tactical medical courses, including homemade explosives and SOF electronics - Training venues required at various distances from Indian Head, MD (close, mid, and long range) - Emphasis on quality assurance, security clearances, and timely after-action reporting - Program management support and instructor/exercise planner roles are required - No specific OEMs or proprietary products are named; the focus is on service delivery and training expertise - The contract is expected to run for three years, with possible extensions - This is an early-stage RFI and industry day, not a solicitation for immediate award
