Beaver County School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified, licensed Architectural firms to enter into a five-year Master Professional Services Agreement. The selected firm will serve as the primary Prime Consultant for all capital improvement, renovation, modernization, and new construction projects within the District over the contract term. The scope includes master planning, design phase services, engineering oversight, bidding assistance, construction administration, and regulatory agency approval coordination.
