Description

The Unified Police Department (UPD) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms or brokers to assist with designing, maintaining, and modifying employee insurance plans and benefit programs for a three-year period with options for renewal. Responsibilities include policy and statistical analysis, program coordination, administrative support, review and analysis of current plans, and assistance with RFP processes and vendor negotiations. The contract will start on January 1, 2027, and covers benefits for over 300 full-time and 250 part-time employees, including health, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD, COBRA, and flexible spending accounts from multiple providers.
