Thompson Rivers University (TRU) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information on Payroll Modules that are part of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS). TRU had previously issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an HRMS that only integrated with the university's ERP payroll module but has now decided to include the payroll module as part of the HRMS solution. The RFI seeks to understand leading-edge features and functions in integrated payroll processing to prepare for a future RFP for a full HRMS solution, which will include Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, and Payroll. Vendors are only required to provide information on the payroll module itself for this RFI.
