Children and Family Services (CFS), Edmonton Region is seeking proposals for the delivery of Placement and Crisis Supports. The model includes Receiving and Stabilization Programs, which are short-term residential placements for children requiring immediate safety, supervision, stabilization, and transition support through two licensed facilities with a total capacity of ten beds. It also includes Individualized Support, which provides flexible, time-limited supervision and safety services for children experiencing urgent behavioral, safety, placement, or stabilization concerns. The contract duration is approximately 40 months starting around November 23, 2026.
