The New York State Department of Transportation is seeking to retain an engineering firm to provide Regional Design Services Agreement (RDSA) for Highway and Bridge, Statewide (Contract 3), under PIN: RDSA.27.SW3. Interested firms may submit a response after the Detailed Advertisement – Request for Qualifications is available on NYSDOT's website. Consultants must have an active electronic inventory to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and must register in the CSSWeb application if not already registered. Communications regarding the project/procurement are only through the Designated Contacts, in accordance with the State Procurement Act.
