The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for concrete services at the Rio Grande State Center. The contract will cover masonry, concrete, and stucco maintenance, finishing, and repair services, including inside concrete sawing and grouting work. Mandatory on-site visits are scheduled for September 3 and 4, 2026, at the Rio Grande State Center in Harlingen, TX. The contract is anticipated to start upon award, with a response deadline of September 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM Central Time.
