FEMA Region IX is seeking a contractor to provide Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance and Services for its personnel and eligible members operating in US Pacific Territories (excluding Hawaii). - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - Region IX, Community Survivor Assistance Section - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments. - Products/Services Requested: - Corporate medical membership access for up to 215 eligible FEMA employees and members - Emergency medical evacuation insurance and services - Annual membership fees and medical evacuation services for base and four option years - 24/7 coordination of medical, evacuation, repatriation, travel, and emergency assistance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Coverage specifically for personnel traveling within Pacific Islands and US Territories (excluding Hawaii) - Contractor must verify eligibility, provide medical consultation, and arrange evacuation and repatriation - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) structure with firm-fixed pricing - Emphasis on past performance and corporate experience in Pacific Islands - Contract period includes one-year base and four one-year options (up to five years total) - Option to extend services up to six months beyond contract term

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

This requirement is for Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance and Services to provide insurance and evacuation services to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region IX personnel or individuals doing work on behalf of FEMA in US Territories in the Pacific.
