Laredo Independent School District (LISD) is seeking proposals for high-bandwidth Internet Access Services under E-Rate Funding Year 2027. - Government Buyer: - Laredo Independent School District, Laredo, Texas - Core data center location: 2001 Cedar Avenue, Laredo, TX - Products/Services Requested: - Dedicated Internet Access with minimum bandwidth of 20 Gbps and maximum of 100 Gbps - Service to support 48 entities, including juvenile justice and public schools - Installation, activation, and initial configuration required - Provider equipment, optics, and Network Interface Device (NID) charges if applicable - Construction, cross-connect, and other one-time charges if applicable - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Clear separation of eligible and ineligible E-Rate costs - Compliance with FCC, state, and local procurement rules - Optional contract features: bandwidth upgrades, move/relocation, early termination fees - Vendors must register on the district's portal to submit responses - Service must be delivered to the district's core data center - Contract term: 36 months base, with two optional 12-month renewals (up to 60 months total) - Consulting services provided by VST Services LP - All questions must be submitted in writing to the designated buyer - Quantities: - 1 unit of Internet Access Service (10–100 Gbps capacity) - Installation and activation services - Additional equipment and one-time charges as needed
