The contract duration is 3 or 5 years with or without voluntary extensions, and bids must include laddered pricing in 1 Gbps increments. The proposal must include 3+/- public IPv4 addresses with optional pricing for additional IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, and a detailed Service Level Agreement ensuring 99.99% network availability.
