FEMA Region 6 intends to issue a solicitation for the Roof & HVAC Replacement project at the Federal Regional Center located at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209.
The project is anticipated to include roof replacement, HVAC replacement, and related building maintenance and operations support. Work may include demolition, removal and disposal of existing materials and equipment, installation of new roofing and HVAC systems or components, utility coordination, life safety coordination, cleanup, inspections, testing, and related maintenance, repair, and construction support necessary to complete the requirement.
This requirement is anticipated to be set aside for eligible SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns under the Women-Owned Small Business Program.
Due to the mission-critical nature of this requirement and the need for timely response and completion of work, the Government requires the contractor to demonstrate the ability to perform within a 150-mile radius of Denton, Texas.
