Description

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT  Mobile Office Demolition

1.0 Objective The primary objective of this project is to safely and completely demolish one specified unit, process and remove all materials and debris from the site, and install safety cones, caution tape and decals.

2.0 Scope of Work This project will be executed in three (3) distinct phases:

Phase 1: Structural Demolition and Separation Systematically dismantle and demolish one (1) unit located on the property. Work includes structural tear down and careful separation of components. All necessary tools and equipment will be utilized to safely deconstruct the units in a controlled manner, mitigating risk to surrounding property and personnel.

Phase 2: Debris Processing and Haul-Away All debris, rubble, and waste generated from the demolition of both units will be collected and loaded into a designated roll-off dumpster. The steel trailer frame will be methodically cut into smaller, manageable sections suitable for safe handling and transport. Once loaded, the dumpster containing all general demolition debris and the prepared steel sections will be hauled away from the property for proper disposal and/or recycling at a certified facility.

Phase 3: Final Site Cleanup Upon removal of all large debris, a comprehensive cleanup of the entire work area will be performed. This includes sweeping, raking, and removing any remaining project-related materials, fasteners, or fragments. The goal is to leave the site in a clean, orderly, and hazard-free condition.

3.0 Completion Standard The project will be considered complete when the unit is fully demolished, all associated materials and debris have been removed from the premises, and the immediate work area is clean and clear.
